Hey Everybody,
Im running an i7 950 OC'ed to 3.8 Ghz. 10 GB at 1700 Mhz...GTX 1070 8GB graphics card.
Noctua D14 fan and just repasted yesterday. Im getting peak temps on the core up to 75c...I think this is too hot.
Can anyone give any insight if this is OK or what I should do to minimize temps?
Thank you in advance!!

It's okay.
High temperatures are approaching for Intel components near 100°C.
The CPU may slow down or shut off if it gets too hot.
To manage heat, verify your case's ability to draw fresh air.
Even cooler cases, like the D14, require adequate ventilation to function properly.
Remove the case covers. If this helps, consider case cooling options.

It's ok. Most graphics cards run very hot and will be fine at that temperature.

I'm testing an i7 950 with an OC of 3.8 Ghz, 10 GB at 1700 Mhz, and a GTX 1070 8GB graphics card. The Noctua D14 fan is new, and I'm seeing core temps reaching up to 75°C. I'm unsure if this is normal or if I need to take steps to keep things cooler. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks ahead!

Temperature is high for Intel.
If the CPU gets too hot, it may slow down or stop.
To keep things cool, verify your case's ability to draw fresh air.
Even cases like D14 need proper ventilation.
Take off the covers if it helps.
Consider case cooling options.
Thanks for the advice!
