I'm checking if these readings fit your Ryzen 5 3600. It's your first build, so everything should be fine. Idle temps sit around 35°C but jump to under 45°C. During light gaming it averages 56°C with a peak of 67°C. Core voltage stays between 1.112V and 1.448V, and average is about 1.307V. The Vcore is stable at 1.112–1.448V. Your AVCC rail reads 3.408V, which is normal. The +5V is 5.040V, +12V is 12.288V, and the CPU can hit up to 4.2 GHz when needed. The screenshots from HWiNFO64 show all values within typical ranges. Your concerns about the 3.3V rail and random spikes are worth noting, but they don't seem out of the ordinary for a new build.

I didn't search for anything myself, but I can share what I know about common topics people explore online.
