Temperature rises unexpectedly during startup of the computer occasionally.
Hello, I'm experiencing this unusual problem where my CPU frequently reaches 90°C despite all fans operating at maximum speed. During most startup sessions everything functions properly without any temperature spikes. Occasionally, during boot-ups, temperatures rise sharply and it seems to occur unpredictably. Normally, when running under heavy load like Cinebench, my CPU stays below 77°C. After rebooting, things return to normal. Once, I accessed the BIOS and observed voltage readings that were unusually high and unstable—dropping to 1.4V, then down to 1V before fluctuating again. I'm currently using a -0.08500 offset undervolt setting, aiming for a steady 1.25V. Other times, I've opened HWinfo in Windows and found no abnormal behavior. Notably, none of the cores are under stress, yet Core VID appears higher than expected and changes frequently. This issue first appeared after installing my new Arctic Liquid Freezer II AIO cooler. Prior to that, another unit caused excessive whine, so I replaced it. I've tried several fixes: cleaning the CPU cooler (without success), updating the BIOS, using default settings, disabling multicore enhancements, and adjusting power limits. It seems the problem might be related to the cooler itself, especially since it aligns with the installation of the new unit. Could a defective cooler be influencing voltage stability? I'm finding it hard to pinpoint the cause due to its random nature. Please share any details you can provide. Thank you for your time.

Check the location of the cooler's pump connection. It may not be rotating when the system starts up. If your motherboard includes a pump header, use it; otherwise, install a header and adjust its RPM to a higher setting, ensuring it remains stable despite temperature changes.
Thank you for your message. Currently, the AIO's single 4-in connector is connected to the CPU_fan header as specified in the Arctic Liquid Freezer installation guide. When attempting to use the AIO_header, I receive the error "CPU fan detected error on bootup." However, I've decided to disregard this warning in the BIOS. I've now plugged the AIO into the AIO_header and will test whether the problem continues.
Hello once more, it seems the connection I made to the AIO_header instead of CPU_fan didn't resolve the problem. I initially believed it would work, as everything functioned normally for about three to four days, but this morning the issue came back. I suspect the AIO itself might be the cause, possibly because the pump fails to power on during some bootups. Can you help me check this? Otherwise, I might have to reseat the cooler again and consider a return merchandise authorization if the problem continues.
