The card is expected to perform well above 100c, but it may deteriorate more quickly at higher temperatures. If you can keep it under 60c while handling it, it’s a safe bet and there’s little concern. Running it at 75 might be acceptable if you need to, until you acquire that additional fan that could potentially lower the temperature below 70 and prolong the card’s lifespan ^_^
