Hello Guys, I need your help. I just build new setup 3950x, aorus elite wifi x570, 32 GB ram , 2080 super ,cooler master 320 I have an issue. The CPU temp in the bios menu is spiking upto 95C and then turning off. I tried installing Win 10 on my first boot once it asked for restart the computer didn't start again. Afterwards when I manually tried restarting it turned off automatically. Could you please help! Thanks for all the comments Regards, Pawan
Have you attempted to reinstall the cooler or replace the thermal paste?
What kind of cooler are you employing? Are you certain the box cooler is correctly positioned and securely fastened to the back plate?
Verify the cooler's installation and ensure proper thermal paste contact. Confirm the 'sticker' was removed from the cooler if applicable. If everything seems correct, the cooler might have a pump that won't activate. Also, check that all cables are securely connected to the right sockets.
CPU temperature is at 95°C when idle, and the fans are running.
I'm checking the product page for the Cooler Master CPU liquid cooler.
Confirm the pump is connected and operating. As mentioned, this might be the issue.
