Your rear fan being set for intake might clash with the Noctua cooler's fan because it blows toward the back. The temperatures remain within acceptable ranges. For better performance, consider using top fans for intake and rear fans for exhaust.
Can you take off the side panel and run it like that? This is a common issue with the glass nr200p as its considered a BAD airflow case. You can replace the side with mesh if I remember correctly but first off try without the glass on and see what it does.
the fan is located inside the case or on the cooler? it seems to be drawing air from the cooler, so there’s no front-mounted option. could attach a top fan to the front since the rear one might block fresh airflow instead of expelling heat. also, the case design matters as noted by @jaslion.
Selecting a new case allows you to run with a smaller memory capacity, and you can keep your existing cooler in place. Even though the CPU cooler isn't powerful enough, it should still work well with a 5600x processor.
