Stuff tends to operate at high temperatures most of the time. Check laptop temperatures regularly. It usually stays close to its maximum capacity, and the manufacturer claims it meets requirements.
I don’t have a laptop, my computer is a Ryzen 5 2600 with 16GB RAM, a 3200PS PSU, and an RX570 power supply.
The idea was that hardware is built to operate in high heat, and it generally performs well. Laptops, even when using lower power settings, can get quite hot and remain functional for many years in various business environments worldwide.
