My setup uses a Ryzen 7 3700X with Gskill Trident Z Royal memory on an MSI MEG x570 Unify motherboard. The lighting control software isn’t functioning, and CPU temperatures aren’t appearing in NZXT Cam or Hardware Monitor despite everything looking normal in the BIOS and Task Manager (except for Precision X1 which adjusts GPU lighting). I’m not sure if a BIOS update was applied since I built the system in February.

Have you set up any recent games? The Riot Games Vanguard Anti-Cheat tool used with Valorant has blocked several tracking applications.

I have a nearly identical configuration too. It seems Vanguard has disabled the required drivers for temperature control on HW Monitor and CAM, so just close the app after gaming Valorant. You’ll need to restart CAM or HW Monitor for temperatures to resume reading. Regarding the RAM lighting problem, I’m facing the same issue (G.Skill Trident Z Neo RGB on an Asus Strix X570-e motherboard) as you are stuck in Rainbow Cycle. Hope you get any updates soon!

It seems Vanguard was the root issue. Removing it fixed the temporary problem, but I needed to uninstall and reinstall GSKILL afterward to make it function properly.

It seems Vanguard was the main issue. Removing it fixed the temporary problem, but I needed to uninstall and reinstall GSKill afterward. Others mentioned that using alternative lighting apps, such as Mystic Light, might interfere with GSKill's functionality.
