Hello, I just upgraded my 5600 to 95°C using the stock cooler. I ordered an AIO and after removing the stock and cleaning the TIM, the surface felt rough. I sent a service request to AMD, who suggested I claim a warranty since it seemed like a manufacturing issue. The AIO (Coolermaster ML120L V2 RGB) was installed and after adjustment, I still can't bring the CPU temperature below 65°C during stress tests with prime95.

Yeah, I experience comparable temperatures too. Living in the tropics means it’s generally manageable. I’ve looked into it and others seem to have similar readings with the 5600x and Hyper 212 models. As long as the CPU doesn’t hit high 80s, everything should be okay.
