It seems the b360m d3h includes a displayport for integrated graphics alongside the main display I/O. It also features four RAM slots instead of two. The device supports USB-C, whereas the HD3 does not. RGB support is also available if you're aware of it. These are the aspects that stand out right away. I don’t have enough background to discuss the VRMs.
