Seems like your system lacks sufficient memory. Consider assigning additional resources to tekkit.

Yes, I have my own server set up for it. (It's performing well.) Make sure 64-bit Java is installed first, then adjust the batch file to start the server and ensure at least 2+ GB of RAM is available.

I've resolved similar issues before by using a 64-bit Java version. I delayed the fix because I've already tested various solutions, so I'm hoping this time will work.
