Hello, good morning or afternoon. Here’s what I’m looking for. Can we perform a network reset using a third-party tool without needing admin rights? We’re dealing with Lenovo laptops that have problems where the network driver drops unexpectedly, making internet access impossible. The usual solution is a Windows network reset, which requires admin privileges. Our situation is tricky because we need admin credentials to carry it out. We have remote tools like Workspace One and Manage Engine Desktop Central, but they can’t function properly when offline. Do you have any idea if there’s a way to handle this without admin access or a third-party script?
