Checked additional sources and discovered the correct method to reach the settings of the Technicolor/Cisco DPC3216. The default credentials are "admin" for the username and "password" for the password. This should assist anyone facing this issue now or later. Note: For newer firmware versions, you can log in by clicking the login button without filling out the fields if those don't work.
