My preferred game has recently lost its support from the developers, and all official servers have been taken offline. I've been running my own private servers for a few months now, but I'm facing some unusual problems where players struggle to join my server. They attempt to connect but get disconnected. It seems the issue isn't consistent across all players, except for those on the west coast more often. I have a high-speed internet connection from Spectrum and am testing the servers on two machines: one is an i3 2120 with an ASUS H67 motherboard, and the other is a dual X5660 system in a VM. My router is an ASUS AC1900 with the latest firmware. I've tried everything—no firewall, raw sockets enabled or disabled, anti-virus running on both client and server, admin privileges granted, direct IP connections, port forwarding set up. Despite these efforts, only certain players are affected. The developers seem indifferent to this game anymore, leaving me without proper tools to diagnose the problem. I'm running out of ideas and was hoping someone could help.

It seems the problem might lie with them, such as ISP blocking ports or their antivirus/firewall interfering.

I thought it might be true, which is odd since I'm using the same ports the developers did.
