Technical issues with Windows installation.
Windows 10 just installed. Drivers aren't working because they claim to be incompatible, though they come from the Aorus site. I had to move them from a USB drive since the internet isn't functioning. It's confusing what's happening. My old motherboard seems fine now, but I'm not sure why. I updated the BIOS, but nothing specific is working. I don't have a test bench to pinpoint the problem further. This is really strange—please help!

Are yellow explanation icons appearing in Device Manager for unidentified hardware?
It's an Aorus Z690 ultra. I faced the same problem with a Rog Strix and an Asus board, so I went to RMA. The issue keeps happening. It's unclear which component is faulty. No drivers are available, even though I can install a fresh Windows 10 setup but nothing works. Programs won't launch at all.
