Hello, The sound on my left speakers drops significantly when I connect the surround sound system (black and yellow jack). It works properly with just the green jack. I've verified the volume balance settings. Realtech HD Audio Manager hasn't helped—no changes for speaker fill or similar issues. The audio seems to isolate correctly: voice on the right, music on the left if only the green jack is used. Thanks a lot.

It seems the issue might be linked to the jacks themselves. It's challenging to pinpoint the problem without more details. Are you connecting two different speakers or adding more units to a single set? If the latter, the surround settings aren't set up correctly and you need to adjust them. When only one wire is connected but audio still doesn't work, it suggests a damaged plug.
