With the R9 280 you’ll definitely be able to run that game. Regarding your integrated Radeon 8670D, I don’t think it’ll outperform a GPU from 2010... Consider this: even though the discrete card is outdated and possibly older, it still offers its own memory, likely larger and faster, higher bandwidth, its own cooling system, and the GPU only handles graphics tasks. If your iGPU is among the top-ranked 8670D, it may score lower compared to older models... Good luck!

I'm facing a tight budget right now and can't afford a SSD. I'm only planning to play at medium settings with 45 FPS, so the 280 should work just fine.

280s cards perform well. For short-term upgrades, I’d skip the SSD and go with a 600W PSU since 450W is tight. They also fit nicely with dual or triple fan coolers, unlike some models. I’d avoid Gigabyte 280s at the moment; my 7970 Giga OC WF3 works great, though newer revisions lock voltage which limits overclocking. If I were building then, I’d pick a 600–750W PSU and skip the SSD. For storage, I’ve seen many Blue and Green drives fail, but Hitachi units have stayed reliable with low failure rates. The Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB drives seem to match that quality, and if I bought a new 1TB later, I’d probably go for a blue one just for preference. Eventually, when you hit around 150 dollars, I’d swap to a 240GB SSD and let the 1TB handle heavy or large games without stressing the system.

I notice many stutters in my games, maybe an SSD would help. I don’t have funds for a PSU, and changing everything will be tough. I’m short on money right now—I can’t legally find work if you’re suggesting otherwise.

SSD improves only the speed of loading. FPS issues won’t be fixed by using an SSD since they’re unrelated. Be aware.

I understand, stuttering might stem from a slow HDD rather than just loading times. I experienced this firsthand.

Occasionally FPS hovers near 40, and I continue to experience stuttering. It seems both network issues and HDD performance are contributing factors.

Occasionally your FPS display doesn't clearly show stuttering. It might be your CPU issue, as APUs aren't recognized for their powerful performance.

Four processing units and a 4GHz frequency.

Sure, when measured against my 3570K and 3.5 ghz, this one falls way short. The idea of a processor's speed isn't enough to call it fast—AMD APUs are naturally slower due to their design. I’ll admit, it might feel smooth in regular apps, but gaming shows a huge gap.
