Tech support isn't resolving the issue with the A1 router.
I received a new router from A1 and it isn’t working. I followed all the installation steps, but the third lamp with the globe is red instead of green, indicating it’s not authenticated. I contacted A1 tech support, who advised me to plug it in and wait an hour for authentication. I left it overnight and didn’t see any changes... I’m currently using my old router, which is about to go offline soon, so I need to replace it. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this? The modem’s appearance shows the third lamp from the left is red, even though it should be green. Its full name is A1 WLAN Box VMG8623A1 (I’m in Austria).
