Hey, I recently shared thoughts about these memory kits while trying to choose between them. I’m stuck between two options and don’t have another kit in mind. I’m pairing it with a 5900x and b550-e and have a budget of £200. At first, I considered the Trident Z Neo, but because of stock issues and high prices in the UK, it’s out of reach. Also, I already own most of my PC parts, so this is the last piece to finish the build. I need at least 32GB due to my workload, and I’m aware of the optimal memory configuration for Ryzen. I’ve checked a couple of options: the Crucial dual-rank kit (Bl2K16G36C16U4WL) and another similar set. I’m not sure if I’ll get a dual-rank kit or not, so I’m considering the TeamGroup set. Anyone has firsthand experience with this kit or another recommendation? Or should I just wait for a good chance to buy it? Thanks in advance for your help, Lex.
The chip for Team Group one will also perform well with 3600 CL16. Ballistix's 3000 is already Rev E Die; if Team Hynix or Samsung releases a model, it would improve latency. However, some users prefer Ballistix 3800 CL14, which still gives solid results with 2 RAM modules.
