It seems the option to "automatically hide the taskbar" isn't available or hasn't been implemented in Windows 11.

Under Windows 11: Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behavior, you’ll see the choice: "Automatically hide the taskbar."

Yes, but that isn't the solution you're seeking. You mentioned needing a way to turn off the "always on top" feature for tasks in the taskbar, similar to what you could adjust via a checkbox. I'm looking for a method—like registry changes—to disable this behavior.
