I've checked nearly everything, ran a hardware test—nothing found. Thermal throttling isn't an issue; it runs at least at 50°C with the fan on. Reinstalling macOS didn't help, so I'm trying to downgrade to High Sierra. No browsers can download a 6GB file unless someone sends it via Mega or something similar. I can't delete the file directly on Big Sur. I've done almost everything so far. If anyone has a similar problem, let me know, thanks!
