My task manager isn't working properly. I checked HWMonitor and saw low CPU usage, but Task Manager showed high idle percentages. After installing Rise of the Tomb Raider Ultra, performance dropped to 27/32 FPS. Windows Task Manager reported 85% CPU and 25% GPU usage now. If that's accurate, it would indicate a serious bottleneck. I need help fixing the task manager settings.

I already have MSI afterburner installed, plus NZXT Cam and HWM for tracking. Previously I used Heaven, but due to an unexpected issue I ended up missing a required .dll in S32, so I removed it. At that moment I didn’t require the Heaven benchmark.

I don’t need to worry about task manager stats. Focus on making software and games run smoothly. The task manager is useful only for spotting rogue processes and terminating them.
