Task manager displays incorrect network connections, and data usage is being recorded improperly.
I launch Task Manager and every app displays 0% network activity, with overall usage also at 0. Beyond that, checking Windows Settings reveals total data consumption over the last 30 days is 0mb—clearly incorrect. The only active internet adapter in the control panel is my primary one, and a VPN is currently turned off (this issue appeared even before I enabled the VPN).
