It might happen Chrome launches with a modern interface. By accessing the settings, you can set it to open in desktop mode by default.

I discovered that closing the Windows Desktop Manager in Task Manager resolves the issue temporarily, though it may stop working again unless you restart it.

It might operate in fullscreen if you activate F11. Pressing it again should return to the standard view.

it's not possible, I can notice the tabs and the close, restore down, and minimize options. Pressing f11 takes me to full screen.
