I can't reach my bios settings. I've adjusted the RAM speed to 2600 and 1.5v, but the computer won't start. I also tried replacing the CMOS battery, but it didn't help. Please assist me.

Is there a reset feature on your motherboard to clear CMOS or reset the BIOS? Just pressing it should resolve the issue.
This video from Digital Storm can help if you don't have a physical button:

Often it's not only the removal of the battery but also how long it's taken to do so that matters. Disconnect the power source, extract the battery, press and maintain the power switch for 15 to 20 seconds. Swap the battery, reconnect the PC, and attempt to power it on again.

I think I really care about you. You just helped me save a lot of money. My next move was to purchase a new motherboard and all the related stuff. I replaced the RAM to try and resolve the problem that wasn't working. Just looked in the forum and saw your comment went through the steps, and you saved my income tax return.
