Thank you for your input. I believe I should avoid the options you mentioned. 1709 doesn't seem feasible since support ends after a month, which isn't ideal for testing or experimenting. Perhaps 1803 or Windows 8.1 would be better choices. I'm mainly planning to test my system on Windows 8.1 for its stability.
