No typical setup exists with a server motherboard that supports multiple CPUs on a standard desktop.

This setup combines a LGA 775 processor with a high-end graphics card and a powerful CPU, creating a robust system configuration.

Even worse a Celeron D and a 4090. I thought my Celeron N3350 was problematic for gaming too.

It might not be entirely negative if you're utilizing server CPUs that have good clock speeds or can be overclocked.

The issue lies in the fact that most consumer applications don't support double CPU usage.

Too many details to recall. In short, the worst builds tend to be people who prefer everything white with RGB and SFF components. I've noticed individuals with budgets over $2000 ending up spending around $150 on fans and a RTX 3060 for 1440 or even 4K, while claiming it's a gaming setup. The same applies to those SFF builds that seem contradictory to gaming builds. These are the ones who later grumble about it being a hotbox while insisting they don't have space for a mid-tower case—unless they're living in a refrigerator box, which I'm pretty sure they can manage.

While focusing on affordable motherboards for average CPUs and a mid-range budget, don't forget to consider overpriced cases too. Those folks often end up with a poor build.

Intel Core Atom model with liquid cooling, 32GB RAM capacity (may be an exaggeration), and a 4090 form factor.

Certainly. They invest every penny in the exterior of the case while neglecting the interior, using stolen items from an Optiplex.
