In my opinion, a specialized PSU needs plenty of room for cables behind the MoBo tray because the power plugs are on the back side panel. Most modern PC cases lack sufficient cable management space to accommodate the Shift. Unless opting for a full-tower ATX or certain inverted designs. Also, I don't like hiding my PSU inside a PSU shroud.
