Hello! I've been relocating some hard drives from a Thunderbolt enclosure into a more stable server setup. One drive has been stubbornly stuck, refusing to come out no matter what I do. So far, the drive would slide out around 10-15% before getting stuck. After some trial and error with different angles, it now only moves about 2%. It doesn't seem to be stuck in a typical way—it feels like it's hitting a solid barrier. The enclosure is an OWC Thunderbay 4. I've contacted OWC and tested releasing the drive by moving it in various orientations, but with no success. I also tried opening the enclosure from the back, since the backplane looks secured to the rail chassis. Someone might have an idea on how to free it. I've attached a photo of the SATA ports inside in case that's the issue instead. Based on how it blocks, I suspect it's not the ports themselves, but something else.
