Hi, I have a favorites bar on Google Chrome. I log in with my email, but I’m confused because... I used another computer to search the web. They asked me to sign in with a Google account and check my Lenova tablet M10. I had trouble accessing it since I don’t use it much. I thought it might have been sent to my email, but it wasn’t. How can I regain control? I need to use an email or a text message. How do I update my details—email, phone, device, verification? There’s no phone or email support available. I’d like to change my email and phone number.
Google Chrome's favorites are stored in your Google account, allowing any PC you log in to to receive them.
It employs a two-step confirmation process. The instructions only guide you on how to activate it, not how to disable it if needed. I don’t want to use the Lenovo Tab M10 or my Galaxy A40, which is no longer in use. I also don’t wish to remove these devices and start with a new phone. The setup requires signing in to your Google account on the device, which presumes everyone uses their mobile phone exclusively. This approach seems designed for a PC user’s workflow.
I received this image from a Samsung galexy A33. It isn't being recognized properly. I use it for web searches, but there are no favorites available on the phone.
Do you have a Google account linked to that device?

Two-factor authentication exists to verify your identity. It requires two contacts before it’s confirmed. It should send you the codes via email or phone, which we use here.
You may need to remove your phone number from that photo.
I use a Google email on my mobile, but when I open Google Chrome it appears logged into my Google account in the top right. On my PC, I have a ribbon folder named Imported from IE with my favorites. This setup has been consistent for years, but not on my mobile device.
Google offers two distinct sections, one for desktop bookmarks and another for mobile. I’m familiar with the shortcuts on my desktop, but they don’t appear on my phone unless I enable bookmarks in Chrome options. Once that’s done, they show as options but not directly on the taskbar. Selecting the Bookmarks bar displays all desktop shortcuts in a list. If you have a Google account on the A33, it should appear as an option in Google Prompts.
