You need to set up a system reserved partition. The OS won’t handle it automatically, and your Windows 7 on SSD is fine, but the HDD space is slowing things down. There’s also a boot issue with flickering. Creating a dedicated partition will help improve performance. You have enough free space for this purpose.

It handles it automatically. Simply connect the USB drive using the Windows Media Creation Tool and proceed with the installation. Avoid cloning anything unless necessary.
