It matches what you observed in the image. It reduces the game's scale and then displays a static snapshot of the screen after you clicked to fix something. Google didn't assist with this issue.

I've navigated many tabs and never experienced this before. The closest thing was when everything shifted to the left two-thirds of the screen, likely due to my higher field of view. Have you considered using a borderless window?

Adjusted focus level to 90, though it didn't update immediately. Currently using full-screen without borders, but I'm planning to switch to a windowed view.

It appeared to resolve the issue. Occasionally it allowed me to navigate several times before freezing, but I simply tabbed away ten times and it stopped happening.
