I’m actually seeing the CPU at full capacity all the time, even when the PC isn’t on or no apps are running like Chrome or games. My power plan keeps switching on its own and never stays with my choice. I’ve tried every possible solution, but it still changes the power plan and leaves the CPU at 100%. My specs are 10700K - 3.8GHz (5.1GHz Turbo), RTX 3070 Gigabyte GP-P750GM 750W Gold Full Modula, MSI B460M PRO-VHD Wifi. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
