I've recently added a new GPU and Windows 11 now won't boot. It launches at the usual display size but freezes briefly before restarting. This seems to point toward a Windows or security-related problem, possibly a GPU fault. From what you described, it loops through the same steps repeatedly. I've tried different monitors and confirmed no hardware issues in the UEFI BIOS. Should I just reinstall the operating system?

Consider beginning in safe mode, then use ddu to remove your display drivers, after that reinstall the newest ones and restart to check if the issue resolves.

I managed to get back to Windows 22H1 and it functioned properly. Thanks!
