GPU model: 290X
Operating system: Windows 7 SP1
Since November 15th I've encountered this crash error and updated to the latest 15.11.1 Beta drivers, but it persists. Others on Windows 7 and even Windows 8.1/10 are reporting similar problems. Some say Service Pack 1 resolves it, though that didn't work for me. I've performed a clean uninstall, reinstalled, used DDU, and cleared the shader cache. No other solutions seem effective. MSI AB isn't the root cause; some users without it still face the issue. The crash appears only when opening the program and minimizing, such as after turning on the PC or adjusting Radeon settings. It doesn't occur during games yet. AMD hasn't addressed this problem. The error details match: Application Name: cnext.exe, Version 10.1.1.1522, etc. I've shared this on the AMD community forum, but no fix has been found for me.

I'm experiencing the same problem. My system freezes after sitting idle for a while.

Which version are you using right now? Do you have Windows 7 with SP1 enabled too? It seems odd since most of my friends seem to have it, yet few are sharing this problem.

I'm running the November 30 version, probably the beta.

Is there anyone else like this? I'm still dealing with this issue, and even after trying to reinstall it, it hasn't fixed anything.
