System unexpectedly stops working.
My PC experiences unexpected shutdowns, sometimes the CPU fan fails to spin, other times it halts after a brief period and then restarts normally. My system specs include an R7 2700 with aftermarket cooling, MSI 2060 Ventus XS stock, ASRock B450M PRO4-F, Corsair 16GB RAM at 3000Mhz, WD 500GB SSD, and a P2 Platinum EVGA. Yesterday everything worked well until today began to malfunction. I've tried various fixes: overclocking reduction, replacing the CMOS battery, reseating RAM, updating graphics card, changing SATA cables, re-seating the CPU, and adjusting the BIOS settings. Even with a 40-50°C temperature during overclock, the system remains stable. Watching YouTube often causes it to close unexpectedly. If you can help, I would really appreciate it!
You could be dealing with a faulty RAM module, this feels similar to RAM problems
If your PC crashes during a BIOS update and you turned off XMP, with a PSU that's only 6 to 7 months old, it could be due to power issues or hardware stress. Consider checking connections and ensuring proper cooling.
