I noticed this problem has persisted for eight months, with my computer shutting down unexpectedly. When I try to power it on or restart through Windows, the fans and motherboard lights activate but the monitor doesn’t receive any signal and the caps lock stays off. The disk light on the case works while the power light does. Pressing the restart button usually gets it running again, though lately it’s been unreliable—sometimes I had to force a shutdown, disconnect the power cable, and try once more. There seems to be no clear pattern; it feels completely random. Possible causes: RAM issue (I ran Memtest86 four times without errors), GPU not involved, or CPU problems. The PSU appears capable since the SSD and fans are receiving power, but I’m worried about corrupted boot files because the HDD is still present. Motherboard could be the culprit, possibly linked to outdated drivers—maybe a BIOS update would help. I’ve tried a fresh Windows boot after wiping both drives, but no success. Recently, the event viewer showed errors and an unexpected shutdown, though specs say it’s just a BIOS update. Fast startup and fast boot are disabled. No issues have occurred during this period except for occasional BSODs from a previous faulty CPU. Removing the HDD hasn’t caused any failures yet, so I’ll keep trying.

Give it the latest BIOS install. That version is quite old for Ryzen setups, and earlier BIOS releases can cause problems like this. Others have fixed it before, so it's usually worth updating.
