System unexpectedly shuts down on the computer.
Hello. My computer frequently shuts down unexpectedly, often during gaming sessions but also while streaming on a browser. I’ve experienced three crashes in about half an hour or sometimes go days without any issues. When it does crash, I can still control the mouse, switch windows, and adjust settings like minimising or maximising. For instance, opening Task Manager works fine, but it just shows nothing. Spotify won’t play music even when it’s open. The machine stays on but is completely unresponsive until a restart. I haven’t upgraded any hardware in over a year and had no prior problems before. I attempted a full Windows reinstall thinking it might be an OS problem, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I reinstalled Windows four times, ran a memtest, and even tried installing it on a different SSD in another slot. Someone can clarify what’s happening? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
