I attempted to assemble a computer for a sibling using some of my old parts—CPU, motherboard, RAM, and case. Everything functioned properly when I last used them without any problems. The CPU EZ Debug LED lit up, the Sys 4 fan wasn’t spinning, and all other components were running at full speed. Specifications included a Lian Li 011 Dynamic MSI Z270 Gaming plus i5 6600K, RTX 3060, Crucial 500GB M.2 Corsair Vengeance 3600mhz, and two 1600mAh PSUs from Corsair RM750x. I cleared the CMOS and used a new battery for each RAM slot individually. Tested different CPUs, including an I3 6100 that I just purchased. Only connected the CPU, monitor, and RAM. Even without the cooler, the issue persisted. I suspect the motherboard might be dead, as it’s an AMD system and I couldn’t resolve the problem myself.
