Thanks for your message. I've reviewed all possible solutions and tried everything I could to address the issue. The Rizen 5600 B450 Pro 4 Win 11 powercfg report indicates the last wake event was triggered by a single source, with no additional wake events recorded. In Windows Device Manager, all potential wake-up devices—including the network adapter—are disabled, suggesting it might be the root cause. There are no further adjustments possible in UEFI settings. I'm reaching out for any guidance you might have. Thank you for your patience.

It activates instantly upon entering sleep or wakes unpredictably from rest. Your X470 issues often stem from BIOS tweaks you didn’t realize made. You might have an AMD graphics card too—verify USB C ports that could trigger wake-ups and review USB hubs via Device Manager. What does the command powercfg /requests output display?

It activates instantly each time I shut it down. The graphics card is a 3060. All USB connections stay disabled during wake-up. C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg /requests DISPLAY: None. SYSTEM: None. AWAYMODE: None. EXECUTION: None. PERFBOOST: None. ACTIVELOCKSCREEN: None.

This problem is relatively recent. The most recent event before it occurred was the last update or change. Regarding BIOS settings, it should have S3+S5 (possibly S4) suspend enabled.

The device has undergone a complete overhaul, featuring new hardware including the motherboard, processor, and graphics card. It began functioning immediately after the upgrade. I plan to eliminate all USB peripherals—already tested a wireless mouse, but that didn’t work—and would appreciate any additional advice. Thank you for your time.

Which B450 model do you own? Review the suspend settings in BIOS, it's likely the wrong one.

I adjusted every BIOS setting and still had no improvement. I also disconnected all USB devices, but the issue remains stubborn. The computer restarts immediately after being powered off.

It was frustratingly the outdated DVD drive that triggered the alarm. That’s all I expected. Your effort to assist is greatly appreciated.
