I own an RX 6800 with a 12400f and 64GB of DDR4 3600Mhz RAM (four sticks). My system freezes during certain games but not others. It shows a full black screen with no display, though the RGB on the components remains functional. After that, I have to restart the computer manually. This problem has only happened with five games: Marvel Rivals, Sniper Elite 5, Palworld, Cyberpunk 2077 and once with Helldivers 2.

I've updated the GPU drivers and even reinstalled them without success. Running the games at low or no settings doesn't work. Stress testing the GPU didn't cause any crashes. CPU and GPU temperatures are normal.

I'm unsure what's causing it. My spare RTX 3060 works perfectly, so part of me suspects an AMD issue. I haven't ruled out other possibilities such as insufficient power supply or a bottleneck, though the latter doesn't seem likely given the game compatibility.

The issue might be with your 750w PSU, possibly dead. Can you ask a friend to lend one?
