Hello, I’m facing an issue where my PC frequently shuts down unexpectedly during gameplay. Everything runs smoothly otherwise—no stuttering, stable performance above 100 FPS, and temperatures stay under 70°C. However, sound disappears completely, monitors freeze at the last displayed frame, and the power button remains pressed until the machine powers off. The only solution is to keep pressing the power button until it shuts down. I’ve noticed this problem across several titles: Hitman 3, Apex Legends, and Team Fortress 2. In Hitman 3, crashes can occur within an hour of playtime, while in Apex Legends they rarely happen. Team Fortress 2 shows no such issues. I’ve tried a clean install of graphics drivers, adjusted CPU clock speeds, checked settings, verified game files, and monitored task manager for spikes. My system specs are: Intel i7-12700K, 4.9GHz, 16GB RAM (XMP), TUF Gaming Z690-Plus GPU, 1TB Samsung SSD, Windows 11 Pro. Please let me know if you have any insights or further details to help resolve this.

PSU: 1000W Gold, details needed. If it's faulty, it could cause power issues and crash the graphics card.

It's a loud, straightforward power unit with an 11 kW capacity and a 1000W output.
