You've already checked the CPU and GPU, but the problem persists. It might be something else, like the motherboard.

It's been two weeks since I reinstalled the drivers on the new GPU, and everything is working smoothly. Even with both monitors active, there have been no problems. It might just be a few corrupted driver installations, or issues during uninstallation, but nothing serious has occurred so far.
