Previously, the BIOS showed lower performance options. Using a stable motherboard feature such as XMP or EXPO might not cause issues. Your RAM setup—two GSkill 16GB DDR5 6000MHz sticks—appears well configured.

At no EXPO it should function properly, backed by around 99.9% of MBs; the issue seems to be the RAM being slightly unstable.
