Hey everyone, I'm really struggling right now... I just got a custom PC built using Ibuypower at a pretty high cost. When it arrived, it was damaged during shipping and took about three weeks to arrive properly. Once it started working, I noticed some random crashes happening whenever I was streaming, playing games like Cyberpunk, or even just browsing. It doesn't matter what I'm doing—suddenly the screen goes dark, then the GPU fans crank up to maximum volume, but the computer keeps running. I can’t see anything on my monitor except when I press the power button to force it off and then restart. The build is custom, assembled by Ibuypower. Here are the details: Motherboard – ASRock X670E, CPU – Ryzen 9 7950X, GPU – Palit RTX 4090, PSU – 1000W BeQuiet! Power, 12V 80+ Gold modular cooling, case – HYTE Y60, OS – Windows 11.

I’ve tried several fixes:
1. I thought the GPU connection was the issue, so I helped secure it and hoped it would stabilize.
2. I reset the BIOS, assuming a weird configuration change might be the problem.
3. I double-checked all cables and connections, even though I didn’t see anything broken.
4. I looked in Event Viewer and saw dwm.exe crashing, but Windows files were intact.
5. I found many online solutions, but none worked.
6. My temperatures and load during games are normal—Cyberpunk is the most demanding, hitting around 70°C (158°F) with about 3% CPU usage and 55°C GPU load.

I’m not sure what’s going on, and I’m a bit frustrated. Could anyone help me figure out what’s wrong? Thanks!
