Your system powers on but shows no video output, displaying only a black screen. The GPU fans are spinning at full speed. The unusual behavior is that after turning it off and on a few times, it sometimes works and lets you access Windows normally, with gaming performance unaffected. You're using Windows 11 and have the following setup: i7-8700K @ 4.9GHz, MSI Z370 SLI Plus RTX 2080 Ti overclocked cooler, master V750 gold PSU, 16GB RAM at 2666MHz from HyperX. You've reset the BIOS inside the BIOS but haven't removed the CMOS battery yet. Possible issues could include a faulty GPU, incorrect power supply, or a corrupted CMOS battery. Check connections, try a different power supply, and ensure the CMOS battery is properly seated.

Have you considered another GPU to test?
