Hello! I've faced a strange problem with Windows 10 where it starts with a black screen and a command prompt. When I close that window, I'm left with nothing but a black screen again. I've restarted my PC multiple times, but the issue keeps happening. Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks!

Use the command prompt to start a safe boot. Open Task Manager, navigate to Explorer, and verify your desktop appears. Next, open msconfig, select the Boot tab, and inspect unusual startup settings.
