Hi, I’ve faced some problems lately with starting my PC. It lights up and the fans spin, indicating power is on, but no devices connect. The wired keyboard and mouse don’t turn on or function, and the monitor shows no signal.
On my Msi z490 motherboard, the debug light flashes the CPU rapidly, then shifts to DRAM for an extended time. I suspect faulty RAM since it appears to signal a connection problem between the CPU and RAM, which has happened before. I don’t think the CPU itself is the problem, as it hasn’t failed previously.
I recently bought new RAM from Amazon to see if this resolves the issue, though I’m still unsure what’s causing it.
Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thank you 😊

I have now updated with my specs and will also review my computer as you suggested for any visible problems.

Recorded the changes.
Additional details required about the PSU:
"Specify PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)."

I believe the PSU is a Corsair RME series 750W. I purchased it new in 2021 together with the remaining components.
