Hello, Your friend is facing a recurring problem with his PC. Often, when the machine starts up, no display appears on the monitor connected via HDMI to the integrated graphics (UHD630). Initially, using a VGA cable resolved the issue and allowed access to the BIOS. However, later attempts with VGA failed, and the problem seemed to appear and disappear unpredictably. On another occasion, opening the case cover helped fix it. It’s worth mentioning this only happens during the first power-up and not while the PC is running. We’ve tested various cables and monitors to eliminate hardware faults. Also, this PC is brand new without a graphics card, and the issue has persisted for about a week since day one. We value any suggestions or explanations for this erratic behavior. Thank you.
