I've faced problems with my PC starting but not displaying anything. The VGA light stays on, and the only solution is to shut it down, unplug the switch, remove a RAM stick, and reinstall it. This usually resolves the issue within a few days to a couple of weeks. I ran memory tests, checked the CPU diagnostics, inspected all disks, performed stress tests, and even updated GPU drivers which helped for a short period (2-3 weeks). I've already replaced the entire PC except the GPU once, and it worked for months before returning to the same problem. Any suggestions?

Review all BIOS configurations and consider reverting to defaults. Progress through the display components, experiment with various HDMI/Display port cables, test alternative monitors. Verify the graphics card connections are secure, examine the PCB and parts for irregularities, ensure power connections are tidy. The i9900 model includes an integrated GPU—remove it to see if the problem resolves. If issues continue, try different RAM modules as this might impact performance.

I think the problem might lie with your GPU. The VGA light isn't working, and it hasn't been replaced through RMA. Try using another card to check if the issue continues.

Absolutely, I was thinking that way. Swapping out the entire system around the GPU helped, which makes it seem like a unique issue if it were true. Also, swapping in any RAM seems to provide a short-term fix.

switching back to my previous Samsung 60Hz 4K monitor with non-Gsync offers a higher likelihood of displaying an image, though the problem initially appeared on that setup—either the computer starts up and shows a post-screen or the display remains inactive while the light stays on.

Another PCIe port? Maybe a less secure connection or something, but I’m sure it won’t solve the issue.
